Artist Bio
Lucie Paterson shapes visitor-facing, data-informed exhibitions and experiences, helping institutions navigate digital transformation challenges. With over fifteen years at leading cultural organisations including Te Papa (NZ), Southbank Centre (London), she is now Head of Experience, Digital & Insights at ACMI, Melbourne. Lucie’s award-winning work (AMAGA, GLAMi) has produced digital products adopted worldwide across the UK, Germany, South America and New Zealand. Currently focused on embedding experience design, digital innovation and systems thinking at ACMI, Lucie serves on the National Digital Forum (NZ) board, regularly presenting and publishing internationally about museum practice evolution.
