Denien Toomath (she/her) is the Senior Partnerships Officer for Dialogues 2029 at the State Library of Western Australia. In this role, Denien works across Storylines and the Library’s Aboriginal collections, supporting responsible access, description, and care of materials connected to Aboriginal communities. Their work centres on upholding Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) and advocating for Aboriginal rights in relation to collection material, ensuring that community voice, cultural authority, and respectful practice guide the Library’s partnerships and programs.
